Chef’s Table is an intimate dining experience led by Bib Gourmand Award Winner Chef Jean-Christophe. Each month, just 16 guests gather around the table to enjoy a three-course menu inspired by global cuisines, paired with regional wines.

More than a meal, it’s an evening of storytelling, culture, and connection — celebrating food prepared with zero-waste techniques and a passion for authenticity.
